The interior reminisces of a past age, evoking a sense of old-house charm adding a grand setting copper vessels and utensils line walls and ceiling. To ensure authentic flavour and taste, most of the ingredients are sourced directly from India through importers in NZ. Sourced spices & ingredients are carefully blended with local produce and cooked using traditional methods and innovative twists to deliver an experience that is familiar yet different.
